Protocol Overview
Tythe is the first protocol built to score, validate, and mobilize decentralized credibility as a layer that is verifiable, portable, and resistant to manipulation — powered by the DISC Engine and rooted in zero-knowledge truth.
Tythe is designed around a simple premise:
Individuals earn credibility.
Organizations help enforce it.
Two Identity Classes
Tythe supports two distinct identity classes — each with its own path, privileges, and role in the system:
1. Individuals
• Onboard through ZK-KYH and receive a TRIS ID
• Accumulate TCT through validated actions, contributions and Credonations
• Receive a DISC Score, synthesized by the DISC Engine
• Use DISC Scores to access gated ecosystems and tools, prove credibility, and signal integrity
2. Organizations
• Onboard through ZK-KYB and receive a TRIS ID with Vetted status
• Accumulate TCT through integrations and Credonations
• Assigned a DISC Rank based on TCT holdings
• Use DISC Rank to gain ecosystem visibility privileges and participate in protocol enforcement
Just as FICO Scores are reserved for individuals in traditional finance, DISC Scores are exclusive to individuals in Tythe. Just as corporations and banks help enforce FICO Scores, organizations aid in doing the same for DISC Scores — and hence, are not scored themselves, but given a DISC Rank.
DISC (For Individuals)
• Engine: The DISC Engine processes verified identity and behavior to generate a real-time, impact and credibility-weighted score.
• Inputs: TRIS (The Identity Unit), Trovebook (The ZKP Hash Registry), TDT Framework (Dual Tokens).
• Output: A DISC Score — the unified and evovling reputation metric for individuals.
DISC (For Organizations)
• Organization Vetting: All organizations undergo ZK-KYB and must meet integrity thresholds to participate in Tythe.
• DISC Rank: Based on accumulated TCT, this rank determines ecosystem privileges and validation power — but is not generated by the DISC Engine.
