DISC (For Organization)
Organizations don’t receive a DISC Score.
Instead, they earn a DISC Rank — a public, TCT-weighted credibility tier tied to their TRIS identity.
DISC Rank is designed to reflect an organization’s ongoing participation, ecosystem impact, and credibility-backed contributions — all without exposing internal data, legal structures, or centralized permissions.
While individuals build their own reputation, organizations help enforce it by:
• Integrating Tythe at the platform level
• Verifying critical actions and contributions
• Staking TCT to place credibility behind other projects
How It Works (At a Glance)
As an organization:
• You onboard via ZK-KYB and activate a TRIS
• You receive an initial TCT allocation based on your ecosystem's impact
• You accumulate more TCT through participation, staking, and Credonations received
• Your DISC Rank evolves as your total TCT holdings grow
Your DISC Rank Becomes:
• Your visible credibility tier
• Your influence weight in the Tythe network
• A trust signal used by users, developers, investors, and integrators
• A prerequisite for high-credibility participation (e.g. integrations, funding, ranking)

• DISC Rank – How rank tiers are calculated, displayed, and used across the network
DISC Rank doesn’t rate what you say — it reflects what you support, build, and stand behind.
Credibility isn’t claimed. It’s staked.
“Where there is no guidance, a people falls, but in an abundance of counselors there is safety.”
