  1. DISC (For Organization)

DISC Ranks

Organizations on Tythe do not receive DISC Scores — but they do accumulate TCT, and that accumulation determines their official DISC Rank.

DISC Ranks are Tythe’s way of measuring institutional credibility without forcing organizations into the same behavioral scoring system as individuals. This creates a parallel, professional trust model that preserves flexibility while enabling measurable accountability.

What Determines DISC Rank?

An organization’s DISC Rank is determined by:

1. Initial TCT Allocation

→ Assigned at onboarding, based on a rubric of platform impact

→ Factors include: user base, innovation, integrations, grants issued, listings, etc.

2. Ongoing TCT Accumulation

→ Through staking, Credonations, or ecosystem contributions

→ TCT earned is visible on the organization’s TRIS metadata

The more TCT an organization holds, the higher its DISC Rank.

DISC Ranks

Just as individuals are categorized by DISC Score Ratings, organizations are placed into one of five DISC Ranks:

DISC Rank
Meaning
Criteria

Bronze

Minimal ecosystem history

Vetted Status + low TCT

Silver

Established presence, growing adoption

Vetted Status + moderate TCT

Gold

Trusted contributor to internet value

Vetted Status + high TCT

Platinum

Foundational organizations with sustained impact

Vetted Status + top-tier TCT

Black

Platinum + Ethos-aligned leadership in credibility

Why Ranks Matter

DISC Ranks are used to determine:

• Visibility and priority in Tythe indexes (e.g. Cred Chain, integration maps)

• Eligibility to receive Credonations from users

• Influence in protocol governance (via TYT mechanisms)

• Access to verification-based privileges and features

Organizations cannot purchase DISC Rank. It must be earned and sustained through meaningful platform presence.
