Behavioral

Behavioral metrics evaluate how users interact within platforms, with other users, and across communities. These metrics are designed to track reliability, responsiveness, and participation quality — not just quantity.

Example Behavioral Metrics

• behavioral_peer_feedback_score: Tracks verified peer ratings, feedback forms, or moderation-reviewed endorsements. Especially valuable for service marketplaces or contributor platforms.

• behavioral_dispute_resolution: Rewards positive outcomes from conflict resolution — e.g., settling disagreements without escalation, resolving service disputes, or assisting moderation.

• behavioral_participation_frequency: Measures session activity, engagement frequency, and response behavior to ensure trust reflects ongoing participation.

Use Cases

• Gate feature access based on maturity

• Highlight contributors with consistently strong peer feedback

• Block low-credibility users from high-risk interactions

• Offer benefits based on consistent, fair conduct

“A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger.”

— Proverbs 15:1
