TRIS

TRIS is your portable identity within the Tythe ecosystem; a chain-agnostic, wallet-agnostic container for verified reputation. It reflects what you’ve proven through actions, contributions, validations, and participation.

Unlike traditional accounts or wallet-based reputations, TRIS provides a unified, pseudonymous identity that evolves as you interact across ecosystems. It is cryptographically anchored, credibility-bearing, and resistant to reset.

Why TRIS Exists

Web3 is fragmented. Users operate across multiple wallets and chains, leaving their reputation scattered and unverifiable. This makes it difficult to:

  • Prove trust without revealing identity

  • Maintain history when changing wallets

  • Gate access without constant manual review

  • Detect sybil actors at the system level

  • Aggregates all data into one interoperable ID

TRIS is the root solution; offering every user and organization a persistent shell for credibility. Tythe also extends TRIS identities to autonomous agents (bots, models, and AI agents). These TRIS instances are linked to the registrant individual or organization, enabling performance scoring and accountability across AI-powered systems. Every agent must prove its trustworthiness through the same zero-knowledge enforcement logic.

Key Properties

Property
Description

Wallet-Agnostic

Connect multiple EVM and non-EVM wallets; all activity feeds one TRIS.

Chain-Agnostic

Maintain your DISC Score across ecosystems — from Ethereum to Solana.

ZK-Verified

TRIS is powered by zero-knowledge proofs — no raw identity is stored.

Composable

Any protocol can query your TRIS to validate trust or score.

Immutable

Reputation can't be erased, rerolled, or laundered through new wallets.

For details, see [MultiVM].

Naming and Uniqueness

  • Every TRIS has a unique @handle for Individuals and Organizations (e.g., @satoshi) and @handle.ai for AI Agents

  • Usernames are non-transferable and publicly visible.

  • Trademarked names are reserved and protected.

  • Any TRIS flagged for manipulation or fraud is given a permanent BAD Status.

Your TRIS handle becomes your public-facing trust identity visible in all DISC-based systems and integrations.

Reputation Persistence

TRIS is built to prevent identity resets and preserve accountability:

  • DISC Scores are cumulative. You can’t wipe your history by switching wallets.

  • Penalties are permanent. BAD Status cannot be evaded through rerolling.

  • Wallet rotations don’t matter. Score continuity is preserved across all linked addresses.

You don’t start from scratch. You start from what you’ve proven.

Summary

TRIS is not just a profile. It is an operating-grade identity for the decentralized trust economy; secure, modular, and enforceable.

Every score, validation, and enforcement decision in Tythe starts with a TRIS.
