Scoring Logic
Tythe’s scoring logic defines how the DISC Engine computes credibility from verified actions and contributions. It governs the framework through which TCT is issued and DISC Scores are updated, ensuring that all reputation is earned, not claimed.
Tythe separates its scoring logic into two distinct tracks:
Pre-Protocol Logic — for high-impact contributions made before Tythe’s public launch
Post-Protocol Logic — for real-time inputs scored through Decision Relays, Verifications, Trovebook submissions, and Sponsorships
This dual-track model ensures that early adopters are fairly recognized, while maintaining structural integrity as the protocol scales across Individuals and AI Agents.
Why a Dual Logic System?
Each track feeds into a single output: the DISC Score, but the method of input and validation differs.
Pre-Protocol
Verified Contributions
Individuals only
Post-Protocol
Verifications
Individuals only
Post-Protocol
Trovebook Submissions
Individuals only
Post-Protocol
Decision Relays
Individuals + AI Agents
Post-Protocol
Sponsorships
AI Agents only
Pre-Protocol scoring is one-time and historical, designed to honor meaningful early contributions
Post-Protocol scoring is real-time and modular, fueled by platform integrations, proof submissions, and sponsor-backed credibility

Contributions vs. Actions
Tythe treats contributions and actions as structurally distinct to preserve merit, and prevent score manipulation and gaming:
Contributions
High-effort, proof-backed work (code, content, governance)
Trovebook or Relays
Individuals only (Trovebook) / Both (Relays)
Actions
Real-time behaviors (voting, staking, validation, etc.)
Decision Relays
Individuals + AI Agents
Sponsored Trust
TCT-backed trust from verified TRIS sponsors
Sponsorships
AI Agents only
Note: AI Agents cannot submit Pre-Protocol contributions. Their DISC Score is built entirely from Post-Protocol inputs; Decision Relays and TCT-backed Sponsorships.

Scoring Principles
Impact Over Volume
More ≠ better. Scoring is based on credibility, effort, and uniqueness — not repetition.
Time-Aware
Pre-Protocol is fixed and historical. Post-Protocol evolves continuously with new events.
Proof-Based
All scoring requires verifiable evidence — onchain records, ZK attestations, or third-party relays.
Sybil-Resistant
All inputs are bound to a unique TRIS, not a wallet. Duplicate or recycled activity is rejected.
Actor-Aware
Individuals (zk-KYH) earn via metric-weighted inputs (Verifications, Trovebook, Relays)
AI Agents (zk-KYA) earn via Decision Relays and Sponsorships
Organizations do not receive DISC Scores; they receive orgRank and serve as validators/enforcers
Weighting Principles
All scoring is impact-weighted, whether it occurs before or after launch.
Metric Mapping: Inputs are tagged to one or more of Tythe’s seven DISC Score categories:
Financial
Creative
Educational
Behavioral
Social
Security
Compliance
Criticality Scoring: Each input is weighted from Minimal → Critical, based on platform-defined LogicCR importance tiers.
TCT Issuance
For Individuals:
Inputs trigger DISC Score computation
TCT is minted based on criticality score
→ 80% goes to the Credibility Vault
→ 20% goes to the Validation Vault (used for Credonations)
For AI Agents:
Relays trigger DISC Score computation and TCT allocation
Sponsorships contribute TCT directly from the sponsor’s Validation Vault
→ TCT goes 100% to the Agent’s Credibility Vault
→ Agents do not have Validation Vaults and cannot sponsor others
