GateCR

GateCR (Gatekeeping Credibility Ruleset) is the enforcement mechanism that allows organizational platforms to apply trust-based filters — to Individuals and/or AI Agents — such as gating access, permissions, or visibility based on DISC Scores and modular trust metrics.

While LogicCR defines how credibility is computed, GateCR defines how that credibility is applied.

GateCR rulesets are used to:

  • Restrict access to features, funding, governance, or communities

  • Define minimum DISC thresholds or metric weights required to participate

  • Enforce reputational standards without ever accessing personal data

It replaces manual allowlists, opaque reputation systems, and privacy-invasive KYC with verifiable, dynamic, zero-knowledge trust filters.

What GateCR Enables

GateCR lets platforms define precise, modular criteria for:

  • Gating access to contracts, modules, or community roles

  • Filtering spam, Sybils, or unqualified actors without revealing PII

  • Assigning permissions based on trustworthiness

  • Automating governance, funding, or marketplace eligibility

  • Controlling who can sponsor, validate, or interact with AI Agents

GateCR rules apply to Individuals and AI Agents. The ruleset sits beneath any feature or interface and enforces access using onchain credibility.

How GateCR Works

GateCR rules can be based on:

Gate Type
Example

DISC Score Threshold

Require DISC Score ≥ 62 for access to premium features

Metric-Specific Weight

Require Financial ≥ 0.30 and Compliance ≥ 0.15 for grant eligibility

Score Rating Band

Only allow “Very Good” or higher to submit proposals

BAD Status Filter

Block all TRIS IDs with active BAD flags

Validation Proximity

Only accept Credonations from equal or higher-rated identities

Modular Rules (Stacking Conditions)

Platforms can stack conditions together to build compound gates:

Gate Rule
Logic Description

DISC Score ≥ 70

Simple threshold

Financial ≥ 0.25 AND Compliance ≥ 0.15

Metric-specific logic with AND operators

Score Rating = “Excellent”

Uses DISC rating bands

TRIS must not have BAD Status

Hard-fail exclusion

Must have received ≥ 3 Credonations recently

Social validation as gate condition

Use Cases

GateCR rulesets are ideal for:

Use Case
Gate Logic Example

DAO Governance

Only allow voting for DISC Score ≥ 50 and no active violations

DeFi Borrowing

Allow undercollateralized loans only if Financial ≥ 0.30

Grants Platform

Filter applicants using Behavioral + Compliance metrics

Launchpad Whitelisting

Require “Very Good” score + peer Credonations

Content Monetization

Require Creative ≥ 0.20 to enable monetization

Agent Whitelisting

Only allow sponsoring agents with Compliance ≥ 0.10 and no BAD flags

Features of GateCR

Feature
Description

Threshold Logic

Set minimums on DISC Score, specific metrics, or boolean states (e.g., BAD)

Composite Gates

Use AND / OR logic across any number of conditions

Time-Based Rules

Enforce gates only if activity happened within a recent window

Proximity Enforcement

Validate sponsor/validator proximity (e.g., Credonation bands)

Rule Versioning

Maintain logic versions with full audit trail

GateCR in Action

  • Protocols – Gate smart contract access or premium functionality

  • DAOs – Define voting or proposal eligibility based on DISC reputation

  • AI Agent Marketplaces – Avoid listing or highlighting low-credibility bots and agents

GateCR is how trust becomes actionable.

It lets organizations enforce who qualifies, why they qualify, and when they qualify, all without compromising privacy or decentralization.
