Organizational Rank
Organizations in Tythe do not receive DISC Scores.
Instead, their credibility is surfaced through a tiered system called orgRank — a public, TCT-weighted classification that reflects institutional alignment, visibility, and trustworthiness.
While individuals build their own scores through behavior and contribution, organizations help enforce trust by integrating Tythe, verifying user actions, and accumulating TCT over time.
What orgRank Represents
The Rank is designed to:
Reflect long-term credibility for platforms and protocols
Replace DISC Scores with a tiered, non-behavioral reputation system
Power access to visibility, validation privileges, and incentives
Provide users and partners with a clear signal of institutional legitimacy
How It’s Determined
Initial Allocation
Assigned at onboarding based on innovation, usage, ecosystem impact
Accumulated TCT
Grows over time via staking, Credonations received, and contribution relays
Vetted Status
All orgs must pass ZK-KYB to be eligible for orgRank classification

Why Organizational Ranking Matters
In a modular OS where credibility is composable and enforceable, Organizational Ranking serves as the stable reference point for institutions. It allows Tythe to protect scoring integrity, empower ecosystem alignment, and give builders a measurable way to grow institutional trust — all without exposing private data or relying on unverifiable signals.
“Where there is no guidance, a people falls, but in an abundance of counselors there is safety.”
— Proverbs 11:14
