Partial Transition: Migration & SBTs
Tythe’s economic design follows a progressive tokenization model, where trust data moves on-chain only when fully validated and stable.
This ensures verifiability without compromising agility.
3.1 Current Phase: Off-Chain Credibility Quantification
All TCT computations are off-chain.
Only Merkle roots for Trovebook, DISC Scores and Metric Health Factors, and DISC Policies are anchored on-chain.
This minimizes operational cost and maintains flexibility during Tythe’s rapid scaling phase.
3.2 Phase 2: On-Chain Credibility Migration
Once network calibration stabilizes, Credibility Vault TCT (CV-TCT) will migrate on-chain as Soulbound Tokens (SBTs).
Each SBT will represent a verifiable proof of earned trust tied to a TRIS ID.

3.3 Phase 3: Interoperable Trust Graph
In the final phase, external systems such as TDX (Trust Data Exchange) and GIL (Grants, Investments, & Loans) Program will gain permissioned access to on-chain credibility proofs.
This establishes a global, verifiable trust graph, enabling seamless interaction across DeFi, AI, compliance, and governance ecosystems.

3.4 Integrity Preservation
The migration process will maintain a zero-inflation guarantee:
All migrated CV-TCT units must correspond to verified Trovebook records.
No manual minting or external issuance is permitted.
SBTs will inherit metadata such as total TCT earned, Metric Health composition, and verification timestamp.
3.5 Future Readiness
This progressive design ensures Tythe remains:
Regulatory-aligned (credibility ≠ currency).
Technically flexible (hybrid on/off-chain model).
Ecosystem-interoperable (proof-verified trust data for external partners).
